Do I need an appointment to shop?
Yes, you do need an appointment to shop for prom, pageant, and tuxedo. Appointments are necessary, so you do not have to wait in line to shop! Also, CCF takes pride in providing great customer service to each customer. An appointment will allow you to have one on one time with a stylist to find your perfect dress!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans on all of our dresses! If you pay in full that day of, you will get to take your dress home that day. If you place your dress on a payment plan, we will keep your dress bagged and secured at our shop until it is paid off.
What’s the prom dress price range?
On the appointment booking page, you will be asked to select a budget that is appropriate for you. A stylist will be advised to pull dresses that are within the price range you selected. At our store, prom dresses range from $200-$800.
what sizes do you carry?
Our sizes range from 00-24
How far in advance should I book a wedding consultation?
We recommend booking a consultation at least 4 months in advance from your wedding date.
When will my rental arrive?
The week of the event is when your rental will arrive. Any remaining balances will also be due upon pick up.
What if my groomsmen are out of town?
We have an out of town groomsmen program that will accommodate anyone in the USA. We will go over the program in detail at the consultation.
